How it goes

  2. You get a plan with the scope and the price before any work starts.
  3. You try the design early, with your own kind of data in it.
  4. We build it, move your data over, launch it and stay on while your team settles in.

Time and cost

A focused CRM can be ready in one to three months. A larger system with many connections is planned over three to six. As a guide, a CRM is usually a full build in the $10k to $25k band.

We never ask for money upfront. Once we both sign off on the scope, 30 to 50 percent gets us started.

Questions

Why not just use an existing CRM?

Sometimes you should, and we will say so. A CRM of your own makes sense when you pay for far more than you use, or when your way of working does not fit the tool.

Can you move our existing data?

Yes. Moving your customers, contacts and history from spreadsheets or your current system is part of the project.

Who can see our customer data?

Only the people you give access to. Everything lives on accounts in your name, and we do not sell or share anything about you or your customers.
