Working with us
These terms apply any time you bring Bellator Labs on to build or maintain software, an app, a website, or anything else in that world. They're meant to be plain and fair, not something you need a lawyer to translate.
Payment
We never ask for money upfront. Once we've worked out the full scope of a project together and both sides have signed off on it, payment is typically somewhere around 30 to 50 percent to get started, though the exact number depends on the project. From there, we're genuinely flexible about how the rest is structured. Installments, a single payment once the work is finished, or an ongoing arrangement for continuous work all work fine, whatever actually fits how you run your business. Whatever we land on gets agreed clearly between us, and signed by both sides if that's something you'd like before work begins.
Scope and changes
We build to whatever scope we agree on at the start. If something changes along the way, whether that's your idea or ours, we talk it through and agree on it together before any work continues.
